Perfection Part Deux

If you're like me: the type of person who expects perfection in everything and everyone, please don't.

If I'm not perfect and you're not perfect, why are you expecting anyone else to be?

Sometimes the ones we love most hurt us the deepest and that's okay so long as we are willing to not let that drag us down. We must learn to forgive and forget: forgive the people who hurt us especially if we love them and forget the pain they caused; it's the only way to truly move on. (I'm telling you from experience). We must learn that even if we don't have the perfect household, perfect partner or perfect life that it's okay. We cannot expect life (and everything that comes along with it) to be perfect because it isn't.

And if we want more or better out of life, we can't blame others for not giving it to us. We must learn to appreciate what we have and what we get. Sometimes, it's not because you don't deserve the best but because that's all someone can afford or because that is how it just is right now.

Don't be so hard on yourself or others.

Every little thing is going to be alright.
